Receive free shipping* when you purchase a case of any product. Once you have selected a case item, you may add more single items to your order and continue to receive free shipping.

Flat Rate Shipping

If you prefer to order single items, you may do so and only be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.95*. We encourage you to sample Baby's Only Organic® formulas, PediaSmart®, or PediaVance® by purchasing one or two cans/bottles before ordering an entire case.

Shipping charges do apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada and are based upon the weight of the shipment. For additional information, select Canada, Alaska, Hawaii

Processing & Delivery Times

We ship UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority Mail and get all orders out the next business day (Monday - Friday) and sometimes even the same day. For most of the continental USA, you will receive your products within 2-5 business days after placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We do not offer priority services (such as UPS guaranteed overnight shipping and UPS 2-Day), although you may call us directly to request these services at 1-888-227-7122. The shipping rate will be calculated and added to your order.
East coast deliveries arrive in approximately 2-3 days.
Midwest deliveries arrive in approximately 3-5 days.
West coast deliveries arrive in approximately 4-6 days.
UPS/FedEx do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.

Tracking the Shipment of Your Order

A shipment confirmation email is sent to you once your order departs our warehouse. Your confirmation email will contain a tracking number that links to the carrier website. UPS/FedEx also provide the estimated delivery date for each package.

Missing Delivered Shipment

If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere. Occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item as returned, contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address or the driver may have attempted to deliver it, but was unsuccessful.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a shipment that is damaged or incorrect, you will need to contact NaturesOneDirect.com within 7 days of receiving the order so that a claim can be filed with the carrier if necessary. Please keep all original packaging in case a claim is filed. Adjustments, corrections, and claims cannot be processed after the 30 day Return Policy window.

Deliveries When You're Not Home

It is up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or doorman. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, s/he will make a few attempts to obtain one. A note will be left at your door. After that, the package will be returned as "undeliverable." Orders that are returned or refused will be credited to your account, less the actual amount of UPS's delivery fee. These undeliverable orders will not be resent. A new order must be placed.

Products Arriving Together

Most of the products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one box, they may arrive separately - although that is rare. To determine the number of boxes shipped to you, log in to your account to see the quantity of tracking numbers listed for your order.

All of the products by Nature’s One® can withstand exposure to warm or cold weather conditions during the delivery period.
